Guangdong Kaiping Qifan Weaving Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Qifan Company") is located in Kaiping City, Guangdong Province, the beautiful hometown of Diaolou (World Cultural Heritage). The company was established in 1992, formerly known as Guangdong Kaiping Jianbang Ribbon Factory.

At present, the company covers an area of 50 mu and has a plant area of about 20000 square meters. It has more than 300 high-speed webbing machines, 20 acorn wrapping machines, 12 ironing machines and five imported full-automatic testing and packaging lines.
